Delivery Service & Charges
We aim to deliver normally within 1-3 working days, but in some cases it may take longer (e.g. depending on Royal Mail). We shall attempt to email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
If your order is delayed by more than 5 days please let us know so that we can investigate.

No nonsense - Simple Returns
Tronisoft returns policy is setup to makes it as easy as possible for you to return goods back to us on the rare occasion that a product arrives in less than perfect condition, please refer to our returns policy and procedures, outlined below. You must complete a (returns) RMA form sent on request (email sales@tronisoft.com) and then email this back or post this back in order to get a RMA number. You shall need a RMA Number before sending any item back. Any product returned without an RMA number shall be refused. Please also return a copy of your original sales invoice that is sent with the order as proof of purchase or inform us of the date of your purchase.
Items are sold with a RTB (Return to base) Warranty and all shipping back to Tronisoft is paid for by the customer. All items suspected to be damaged or faulty must be returned and shall be tested by us normally within 48hrs after receipt, if no fault can be found then the item will be returned to you at your own cost or a refund will be issued. B2B trade customers may be subject to a 15% restocking fee or a £10 test fee whichever is higher to cover our administration costs. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer’s expense.
If you are returning items for exchange please be aware that a second shipping charge may apply.
For your protection, please send items back well packaged and using the Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or contact us for items weighing over 1.95KG or are over £60 in value so that we can advise you which method best suits your need. Please also ensure you retain your proof of posting for your reference. Tronisoft will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
Cooling-Off Period
By law you have the right to cancel any order within seven days of the day after the item is delivered to you. The right to cancel does not include certain goods or services i.e. blister packaged sealed memory cards or computer software if they are unsealed by the consumer. You need to email us found in our "Contact Us" page of the web site. Any items that are returned must be accompanied with a RMA number that shall be issued once a completed RMA form is emailed / posted back to us. Once an RMA number has been issued we shall provide instructions on how and where to return the goods back to us. We will refund your money less any delivery costs. Please ensure all items are complete, are in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
Any items that do not fall in these criteria’s shall be subject to a restocking fee of 15% off the total invoice price or a test fee of £10 whichever is higher.
If you do not return the goods within 21 days of cancellation we will be unable to take the order back.
All monies paid for cancelled goods will be refunded within 7 days after receipt of the goods.
Please note: It is a legal requirement that you take care of the goods and you are responsible for the carriage costs of returning goods to us unless we delivered goods to you in error, or if goods are faulty.
Incorrect or Damaged Goods
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in brand new condition. If you do not receive all the products you ordered. Please email us with a subject “Incorrect goods” using our feedback form. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Tronisoft within 48hrs after receipt of products with the RMA form completed and a copy attached to the email. Once an RMA number has been issued the returns shall be given special priority and you can expect to receive a replacement within 72 hours of its return to Tronisoft after the item has been tested and found to be damaged / faulty under warranty .
Any delivery charges incurred due to incorrect items given by Tronisoft or due to faulty items under warranty shall be reimbursed up to a maximum £50.00 (ex VAT) or the price you paid when placing your order (whichever is lower) providing the delivery receipt is accompanied with the returned goods.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this.
